TommDoc Terms of Service

By using TommDoc, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, organization, or another entity, you also confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service. Any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you remain unaffected.

TommDoc is a cloud service for creating, managing, and sharing documents. It may include user authentication, workspace administration, a document editor, real-time collaboration, AI assistance, data import and export, version history, and related features.

The actual feature set may vary by plan, deployment environment, activated integrations, or individual agreement. Some features may be marked as beta, preview, or experimental.

You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and for keeping your credentials secure. You must not knowingly allow unauthorized access to your account or use another user's account without authorization.

If you become aware of suspected misuse of your account, you must contact us without undue delay. We may take reasonable security measures, including temporarily restricting access.

You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes, or in a way that interferes with the security or normal operation of the service or infringes third-party rights. In particular, you must not upload or distribute content you do not have rights to use, attempt to bypass technical restrictions, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or misuse the service for attacks or spam.

If you use the service in a team or organizational setting, you are also responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary internal authority and that your use complies with applicable laws and internal policies.

As between you and us, content you upload, create, import, or generate within TommDoc remains yours or that of your licensors. You grant us a limited right to host, store, process, transmit, display, and technically adapt that content only as needed to operate and deliver the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights needed to use the content and that the content does not violate law or third-party rights. We do not perform blanket pre-screening of user content.

TommDoc may offer AI features such as drafting, rewriting, transformation, summarization, or other assistance. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, commercial, technical, or other sensitive decisions.

Using AI features may require sending relevant inputs to the provider of the model used for the request. If you use your own API key or another external account, you may also be bound by that provider's terms.

If the service is offered on a paid basis, pricing is governed by the public pricing page, a separate quote, or an individual contract. Limits, support levels, and available functionality may vary by plan.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, pricing and plan structure may change in the future. Changes will not apply retroactively to an already paid billing period unless the law or a separate agreement allows it. If you use the service as a consumer, any required notices will be provided in the manner required by law.

We aim to provide a reasonably available and secure service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be limited temporarily due to maintenance, infrastructure outages, security incidents, or third-party dependencies.

We may update, modify, or evolve the service over time. This includes changes to the interface, features, integration points, and technical implementation. If a change materially reduces a paid service without an overriding reason, we will act reasonably in light of the nature of the change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or purely economic loss, lost profit, loss of business opportunity, or harm resulting from your reliance without independent review on content or AI outputs generated through the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law, especially in relation to consumers or intentional misconduct. In business-to-business relationships, liability is interpreted more narrowly and in the context of the applicable contractual framework.

We may temporarily suspend or terminate access to the service if you breach these terms, use the service in a clearly abusive manner, threaten service security, or if suspension is required by law. Where appropriate, we will try to act proportionately and give you an opportunity to remedy the issue.

You may also stop using the service and terminate your account or contractual relationship in accordance with your plan terms or separate agreement. Provisions relating to liability, content rights, data protection, and dispute resolution survive termination where relevant.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic unless mandatory law requires otherwise. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence within the European Union.

We will first try to resolve disputes amicably. If that is not possible, disputes will be resolved by the competent courts under the applicable legal and procedural rules.
