Follows the University of Zurich's thesis rules (community template uzh-ma-thesis, Moritz Mähr, MIT License; not an official template of the University). A doctoral thesis of the Faculty of Science (Dr. sc. nat.) or of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (Dr. phil.) with the title page in the faculty's German wording (for the Faculty of Science the title in English, the place of origin and the doctoral committee, for the Faculty of Arts the semester of acceptance and the committee) or a master's thesis with the template's title page, in English or German, with the abstract, the German summary and the acknowledgements each on a page of its own, the contents, the lists of tables and figures, headings without numbers, one-and-a-half spacing in the text, paragraphs without indent and with a blank between them, two-sided printing with 10 mm for the binding, the appendices, the bibliography and the curriculum vitae at the end of a doctoral thesis. Without the University's logo, whose use the Corporate Design rules tie to written approval.
