Following the Faculty of Law of Palacký University Olomouc internal regulation PF-B-21/06 on the formal requirements for qualification theses (consolidated text as amended with effect from 26 September 2024). The regulation states no licence, so its values and positions are taken over; the code is our own, and the declaration has the wording the regulation prescribes. A bachelor's, master's, rigorosum or doctoral thesis in Czech or English: the title page after the regulation's sample, the declaration of originality with the number of characters, the table of contents, chapters numbered 1, 1.1 and 1.1.1 (each on a new page), citations in footnotes after ČSN ISO 690, the list of sources and at the end the summary and keywords in English and Czech. A4, 2.5 cm top and bottom margins, 3 cm left and 2 cm right, Liberation Serif (metrically identical to Times New Roman) 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing, footnotes 10 pt.
