Following the Faculty of Health Sciences of Palacký University Olomouc dean's directive FZV-MPD-26/01 on bachelor's and master's theses (in effect from 1 June 2026) and its samples. The directive states no licence, so its values and positions are taken over; the code is our own, and the declaration has the wording of the sample. A bachelor's or master's thesis in Czech or English: the title page, the declaration and the annotation after the samples, the acknowledgements, the table of contents, the description of the literature search as the directive's diagram, chapters numbered 1, 1.1 and 1.1.1 (each on a new page), table titles above and figure titles below, an APA reference list, lists of abbreviations, tables, figures and appendices, and the appendices. A4, 2.5 cm top and bottom margins, 3 cm left (2 cm and 1 cm for the binding) and 2 cm right, Liberation Serif (metrically identical to Times New Roman) 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing, footnotes 10 pt, page numbers from the contents.
