Follows the University of Lausanne's official title page templates (the rest of the thesis is our own typesetting; not an official template of the University). A doctoral thesis (thèse de doctorat) in French or English, with the title page after the University's general template of Directive 3.10 (faculty, school or institute, degree, director and co-director, jury, place and year, printer) or after the Faculty of Biology and Medicine's templates for the PhD, the MD-PhD and the PhD in humanities and social sciences of medicine and health (jury with roles; the Faculty of Arts' own model is not reproduced), with the Unil. logo as in the official templates, the faculty's imprimatur on the back of the title page, the abstract, the acknowledgements, the contents, the lists of figures and tables, numbered chapters, two-sided printing, the appendices, the bibliography and the curriculum vitae.
