Following the thesis guidelines of the Faculty of Health Studies of Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem (2024, binding after the dean's directive 2/2024) and the faculty's title sheet (a Word document). The documents state no licence, so their dimensions and styles are taken over; the code and the texts are our own. A bachelor's or master's thesis in Czech, Slovak or English: a title sheet with the faculty's logo, a page for the assignment, the declaration and acknowledgements at the foot of their pages, abstracts and keywords in Czech and English, the table of contents, a list of figures and tables, a list of abbreviations and symbols, chapters numbered 1 to 1.1.1.1 (each on a new page), captions in Word's Caption style, references and appendices as numbered chapters, appendices A, B on new pages and a declaration on the use of AI after the rector's directive 7/2026. A4, 2.5 cm margins and 3.5 cm on the left, Liberation Serif (metrically identical to Times New Roman) 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing, 6 pt between paragraphs.
