Follows UCL's thesis rules (community template UCL LaTeX thesis template of the UCL organisation on GitHub, class ucl_thesis.cls by Russel Winder and Ian Kirker, LPPL 1.3 and CC0; not an official template of UCL). A PhD, MPhil or MRes thesis, in English, on A4 with a 40 mm margin at the binding edge, with the title page bearing UCL and the department, the Doctoral Candidate Thesis Declaration Form (Part A and Part B) right after the title page, the abstract, the impact statement, the acknowledgements, the contents with the lists of figures and tables, one-and-a-half line spacing, indented paragraphs, chapters headed Chapter 1, a running head with the section and the page number, every page numbered in Arabic numerals from the title page, the references and the appendices after them. Without the UCL logo.
