The title page of Annex 1 of the doctoral regulations (Promotionsordnung 2024) as the TUM School of Natural Sciences lays it out (always in German, with the TUM School, the degree, the chair of the board, the examiners and the dates of submission and acceptance), the text set after the official book layout of TUM.University Press (THESES, A4, 2023), the press of the University Library, two-sided, margins of 39, 24, 23 and 20 mm, Helvetica (TeX Gyre Heros) at 11 pt, headings in sans serif regular, the running head and the page number at the outer edge. Front matter with the acknowledgements, the summary in German (Zusammenfassung) and in English (Abstract) the regulations require, the contents and optional lists of figures and tables, chapters on right-hand pages, the appendices before the bibliography. Without the University's logo.
