Following the sample bachelor's and master's thesis of the Faculty of Fisheries and Protection of Waters of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice (a Word document, April 2025) and the dean's measure 05/2025. The sample states no licence, so its dimensions and styles are taken over; the code and the texts are our own, the declaration has the wording of the rector's measure R 452 and the declaration on the use of AI tools the wording of the rector's measure R 640. A bachelor's or master's thesis in Czech, Slovak or English: the front page of the electronic version with the faculty's symbol, the title page with the faculty's long logo and the title in a band of the faculty's colour, the declaration and the acknowledgements at the foot of the page, a page for the assignment, the table of contents on a left-hand page numbered 1, chapters numbered 1., 2.1. and 2.1.1. (each on a new page), captions Fig. 1 below figures and Tab. 1 above tables, the references, a list of abbreviations, a list of appendices, appendices and at the end the abstracts in the language of the thesis and in translation. A4, two-sided printing, 2.5 cm margins and 3.5 cm at the spine, Carlito (metrically identical to Calibri) 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing, page numbers at the bottom centre.
