A4, two-sided, 1 in margins and 6 mm for the binding, Times (Liberation Serif) at 12 pt on a line spread of 1.3, chapters headed Chapter 1 on right-hand pages, the page number in bold in the head over a rule. The title page with the Inaugural-Dissertation formula, the place of birth and the date of the oral examination, the page with the title and the supervisor, the abstract in English and the summary in German (required by § 7 of the doctoral regulations), the contents, the lists of figures and tables, the appendices, the bibliography and the acknowledgements at the end. Without the University's logo.
