Follows ETH Zurich's thesis rules (community template ethz-thesis by Tino Wagner, based on classicthesis, GPL, only its layout reproduced in code of our own; not an official template of ETH Zurich). A doctoral thesis (Diss. ETH) in English or German, on A5 printed on both sides, with the title page in the wording the implementing provisions of the Doctoral Ordinance prescribe (dissertation number, the degree Dr. sc. ETH Zurich, date of birth, supervisor and co-examiners, year of acceptance), the back of the title page with the DOI, a dedication, the acknowledgements, the contents, the abstract in the language of the thesis and a second one in English or in German, French or Italian, optional lists of figures and tables, chapters with a large grey number and the title in spaced capitals, a running head with the page number in the outer margin, the appendices before the references and the curriculum vitae at the end. Without the ETH logo, which the prescribed title page does not have.
